Boris is the Resident Manager at Best Western Gorizia Palace and has been working passionately at the hotel for 31 years. Calm and determined, Boris loves interacting with guests, which he considers the most rewarding aspect of his job. A father of two grown children, he firmly believes in lifelong learning: every day is an opportunity to improve. Outside the hotel, you\u2019ll find him surrounded by nature: running in summer, cycling in winter, or exploring the mountains. A lover of order and organization, he finds satisfaction when everything is in its right place\u2014because for him, peace comes from a well-managed environment. He values autonomy and guest interaction, which allow him to express himself fully. Outside the hotel, he is passionate about sports and nature: he enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking, often with his family. Passionate about music, cinema, and travel, she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
