To start the day in the best way, a breakfast designed specifically for athletes awaits you. In our buffet you can find energy products such as flax seeds, oats, scrambled or boiled eggs, lean cold cuts such as turkey and cooked ham, bananas and cereal or flax bars, rice cakes and a selection of dried fruit including walnuts, almonds and dates. Furthermore, you can find sachets of mineral salts and magnesium.
To accompany you on your cycling days, we will provide you with an “energy set” consisting of bananas, an energy bar and dried fruit, to stay energized and ready to tackle any route.

Assistance and lots of attention for a worry-free stay
We are always ready to help you with detailed information on the best cycling routes in the area. In case of small repairs, we offer direct assistance and, if necessary, we are within walking distance of bicycle shops stocked with any spare part.
There is an internal bike park at your disposal and a city bike and children’s bike available for guests (16′ radius). Furthermore, you will find a first aid kit for minor wounds. And after a long day of cycling, you can take advantage of our daily laundry service for your sports clothing. Finally, we invite you to discover the typical restaurants around the hotel, where you can taste the local flavors and relax after a busy day.
